I came in contact with Mairi, to help me get over the grief as my youngest son passing away, due to sudden death syndrome. From day one, she recognised there was more than one problem, l was anxious, stressed, sad and very unhappy (l didn’t realise how bad l was at that time). straight away she knew what to say and do and with the right therapy, l have become more confident, more assertive, and a lot happier with my life. I have been under her watchful eye for a couple of years now, and intend to continue. l don’t know what l would’ve done if l hadn’t met her, she has changed my whole life around for the better, with her wise words therapy sessions and relaxation techniques.

The service Mairi provided was fantastic. First time I’d ever done any form of therapy and it wasn’t what I expected at all. Mairi is very personable and I felt completely relaxed straight away. Having therapies for PTSD and the fall out after receiving a Traumatic Brain Injury has been one of the best steps in my recovery journey. Mairi from Renewu Clinical Therapies and Wellbeing has been kind and guided me with great knowledge l, compassion and encouragement that has not only rebuilt my confidence but dealt with the physiological issues of both the Brain Injuries and resultant PTSD. I feel so grateful to have had the help snd support from Mairi. She helped me through my anxieties and helped me to understand myself better. I now use many of the techniques that I learnt with Mairi, to help me through stressful situations. Mairi has given me many tools to use when I am struggling and went out of her way to always be there for me when I needed her.
